To use BotHubIlmu you must be legally eligible to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, meet the minimum age requirements below, and not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
Users under 13 are not permitted to create their own accounts. Users aged 13 to 17 may participate with parental or guardian consent and supervision as required by local law.
You agree to use BotHubIlmu only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited uses include attempting to circumvent platform controls, reverse-engineering proprietary code, or using content to facilitate unlawful activities.
BotHubIlmu is operated from Malaysia and is primarily offered to learners in Malaysia (MY) and other supported regions. Access may be limited in certain jurisdictions where local regulations restrict availability.
02Account responsibilities
Creating an account gives you access to course materials, progress tracking, and interactive features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or fraudulent information.
Protect your password and do not share login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts are personal and may not be transferred without our prior written consent. Access provided through organizations may be subject to separate administrative rules.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password. We will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery.
We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, present security risks, or are inactive for prolonged periods, subject to applicable notice requirements.
03Service description
BotHubIlmu provides on-demand courses, interactive labs, chatbot builders, automation templates, and community support focused on practical AI and automation skills. Content is delivered via web and related interfaces and may include third-party integrations.
We may modify, add, or remove features and content at any time to improve the platform or comply with legal obligations. We will notify customers of major changes that affect paid subscriptions where feasible.
We aim to maintain reliable access, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events. We do not commit to uninterrupted service.
04User rules and conduct
To preserve a safe, productive learning environment, users must follow conduct rules and community guidelines.
- Use platform materials for learning and internal business purposes only, unless expressly permitted.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer platform code, bypass security measures, or interfere with platform operation.
- Respect other users and do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
- Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates applicable law.
- Do not submit malware, phishing content, or other harmful software.
- Use community forums constructively and avoid spamming or promotional posts absent prior approval.

05User content
User content includes any text, code, files, or materials you upload, post, or submit through BotHubIlmu. You retain ownership of your user content subject to the rights you grant below.
You represent that you have the right to submit any user content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
By submitting user content you grant BotHubIlmu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the content to provide the service, including for backups and analytics related to platform operation.
You are solely responsible for your user content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is unlawful, objectionable, or infringes third-party rights.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, follow the notice procedures in our copyright policy or contact support for assistance.
06Intellectual property
All platform software, branding, course structures, and proprietary materials provided by BotHubIlmu remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You are granted limited rights to access content for personal or organizational learning as described in subscription terms.
- Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of platform software or proprietary course content without authorization.
- Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to obscure ownership of materials.
- Use provided APIs and exports only in accordance with documented developer terms and limits.
07Paid services
Certain BotHubIlmu features, advanced courses, and premium tools are offered as paid services or subscriptions. Paid offerings and pricing are published on the platform and may vary by region.
Prices are displayed in the checkout flow and include any applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Promotional pricing may be time-limited and subject to specific terms.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and supported local payment providers. Payment details are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card details on our systems.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your account settings. Continued access depends on timely payment.
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. For subscription cancellations, prorated refunds may be available in accordance with our refund procedures and where local law requires. Contact [email protected] to request a review.
You may cancel paid services via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation will prevent future charges but may not remove access to already-delivered course materials depending on your plan.
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by local authorities in relation to paid services. Prices may be shown exclusive of local taxes where required.
We may update pricing for new subscriptions or when renewing existing plans; where practical we will provide advance notice to affected customers.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features. We may pursue collection through third-party processors or partners when necessary.
08Disclaimer
BotHubIlmu provides educational content and tools intended to support learning and experimentation with AI and automation. While we strive to maintain high-quality materials, results depend on user effort, configuration, and environment. Content should not be relied upon as professional advice for legal, medical, business, or safety-critical decisions.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotHubIlmu and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the relevant paid services in the prior 12 months, except where local law requires otherwise.
10Third-party services and integrations
BotHubIlmu may integrate with third-party services for payments, analytics, or extended functionality. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or content.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or security risks. You may terminate your account through account settings or by contacting support. Certain obligations and provisions will survive termination, including payment obligations and intellectual property rights.
Upon termination, access to paid features will cease and some data may be deleted after applicable retention periods unless otherwise required for legal or operational purposes. Export any important content prior to account closure.
12Privacy and data processing
Our privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using BotHubIlmu you consent to processing described in the privacy notice, subject to applicable law and any choices you make in account settings.
13Communications
By creating an account you consent to receiving service-related communications such as billing notices, updates, and security messages. You may opt out of promotional communications as described in our privacy settings.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes that materially affect your rights will be communicated in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
